Cor & Wilma
Visual identity for our own clothing brand.
What we did:
In 2008 we initiated our own clothing line, designed by Femke Agema and Nina Maissouradze. The brand was inspired by an archetypal Dutch couple and what they get up to together – a middle aged couple who are as sincere and loving as they are mischievous and passionate. Their names: Cor and Wilma. The logo: comic sans. The visual identity: artistic, simple and full of dry, yet cheeky humour.
Cor & Wilma was produced in a limited edition of 200 pieces that quickly sold out.
Web design & video
The website combines several art forms around the theme of Cor and Wilma. The pictures are taken in one of the last brothels from the seventies in Eindhoven, La Bolleur. There are several little funny, almost kinky animations and sounds that are just like Cor and Wilma: mostly hidden, but also extravert at times.
